A message from our Middle School Athletic Director
Our Winter II Athletics will begin when we return to school from our holiday break on Monday, January 6. Please see information included in this newsletter for start dates and requirements for Boys Swim and Dive, Girls Basketball, and Wrestling. All physicals and registrations must be completed and approved by December 19.
We are incredibly grateful for the Rockford Community and your continuous support. Wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!

Parks - ERMS 7th Grade Boys Basketball
Parks is a hard worker and always looking to get better. He continues to push himself, as well as his teammates. Keep up the great work Parks!
Camden - NRMS 7th Grade Boys Basketball
Camden is a hard-working player who gives his best every day. He is fundamentally strong and consistently contributes in every game in scoring, rebounding, and defense. Camden’s effort, positive attitude, leadership and commitment to our team has been a big part of our success.
Isaac - NRMS 8th Grade Boys Basketball
Isaac is an athlete who constantly wants to go the extra mile and outwork everyone. He never gives up and always has a great attitude. Isaac is constantly lifting his team up through positive words, pushing his teammates to work harder, and making no excuses. Isaac's motto is "Nobody will every outwork me" and "Never take a play off".
Lincoln - NRMS 7th Grade Boys Basketball
Lincoln is a vocal leader of our team. He is an elite passer, good shooter, and strong defender. He works hard in practice and his hard work translates to the games and his team's success.
Abigail - Girls Swim
Abby has a relentless work ethic, shows great sportsmanship, and is a quiet leader in and out of the water. Abby is like a 'Swiss Army Knife'. She can do all 4 of our swim strokes and is willing to try new events at meets. Abby swam the 100 IM last week at Grand Haven and set a PR. We appreciate Abby's dedication to the team and her effort to improve.
Cara - Girls Swim
Cara is a swimmer who tries to fly under the radar. She gets in the water and takes care of business with whatever we ask her to do. Last week at the Grand Haven meet, we needed a swimmer to do the 200-freestyle race. Cara volunteered and went out and set a PR. All teams need people like Cara. Cara is an athlete who isn't showy or loud, but more of a blue-collar athlete. She is the person who is a hard-working and reliable team member making our team better each day.
Carter - ERMS 7th Grade Boys Basketball
Carter comes to every practice with an upbeat attitude! His positivity rubs off on those around him. He is a great teammate!
Justin - ERMS 8th Grade Boys Basketball
Justin has stepped up on the defensive end of the floor and emerged as a threat on offense. Keep up the great work Justin!
